I am sure by now you have heard it said or read it somewhere I totally agree that a list is the most valuable asset we have. What we are doing over the next 12 months is providing you with Why systems?? Look at some of the more successful businesses today and you The 4th system we are going to talk about today is one of The "system" I am referring to is a Newsletter. Ok, ok, I can hear a few groans and a few of you are even I feel for you, I really do :o( When you think about all the time it takes to put a newsletter First, let's go over WHY you should incorporate a newsletter. 1. A newsletter serves as your main list. The one that people can 2. A newsletter enables you to build relationships. You know 3. A newsletter enables YOU to build a reputation. The quality 4. A newsletter enables you to leverage. With a newsletter in Ok, four solid reasons for the "WHY" you need a newsletter. GOOD AND USEFUL CONTENT... If your content isn't useful...if it is just fluff then you will find The good news is that content is EVERYWHERE!! There are article Ok, let's push on here... YOUR newsletter can be as simple as including a good, solid The point I am trying to make here is that your newsletter doesn't Let me give you an example of what I mean... with you a stronger email marketing foundation.

business easier and of course ensures that anyone (employees)
know exactly what to do and when. Take that concept to the
on-line arena and you can use systems that may take a bit to set
up, but once they are they run on autopilot (the best ones, huh!!).
Then of course there are those that need a bit more of your
energy, but there are ways to make those easy as well.

them what they are looking for.

that you are not using an article that everyone else and their dog
(hmm, smart dog) is using. The best way around the saturation issue
is to write your own articles...I know, I know, one step at a time ;o)

relate to you), a Product Review, Passing Thought and then placed
properly a Top and Middle Sponsor ads (these can be your ads or
those that you have sold).

and that is the whole purpose here. So keep classifieds to a minimum.

Keep it tight, information based. Remember it takes time to build
relationships, and if your subscribers are coming to you from one
of your other email marketing systems, then your are building. If
they come from some other means (like a classified co-op you have
partnered with), it will take some time because they don't know you
from Adam, but it will happen ;o)
